Day CXXlV

Quit

In a crowd of pals, one guy always lites up, inhales deeply, reminisces, and says…

“Ooooo eee E…man, she was awesome!?” as he exhales a big O.

It’s a hell of time to resist a smoke. It’s best if she doesn’t smoke. If she does it’s real tough. I mean you were just intimate, and how in the hell are you going to
say no thank you. Man, life is tough sometimes. But, if you’re trying to quit, it’s best to know she doesn’t smoke before hand.

Social occasions are always difficult, but what’s a challenge if it isn’t tough? Quitting the nicotine habit is perhaps one of the toughest challenges you’re going
to have. If you can quit, you can do anything. The best thing is to never start, but if you did, then you need to deal with it. It’s the only time a quitter is a winner. So
be a winner and

     “Quit!”

The mind is very powerful when it comes to fragrances, it or we remember scents. The perfume your mom wears, or wore, smell it on somebody else, and you’ll flash back to mom. If it’s a stinky, malodorous scent, you’ll remember where you first ran into it.

“Euuuuuuu!” You want to get the hell out of there.
